In the Thousand Islands region between Ontario and New York , there are over 1800 islands. To qualify as an island, there must be at least one square foot (0.93m squared) above water, 365 days per year, and the landmass must support at least 2 living trees.

I particularly liked this island, with its Jack Pine standing proud.
